Health-related is your current health and your future wealth and well-being,Skill-related is your ability to perform certain skills and and how you do so.
What are the health-related components of physical fitness?
Cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, flexibility.
What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?
Speed, power, coordination, reaction time, balance, agility.
Why does a person not have to be a good athelete to be physically fit?
Because physical fitness does not come from your skill level and not all atheletes are physically fit.
