~My Goals~

Step 1 Desire:

I want to improve my speed.

Step 2 Belief:

I have seen myself get faster, grow, and improve. I know I can improve more. 

Step 3 Analyze where you are:

I run a 5.7 (40 yard dash) I want to run at least a 4.5

Step 4 Set realistic goals:

By July 30 I want to run a 4.5 dash.

Step 5 Write your goals in details: 

April: Week1- 5.5, Week2- 5.5, Week3- 5.4, Week4- 5.3
May: Week1- 5.2, Week2- 5.2, Week3- 5.0, Week4- 5.0
June: Week1-5.0, Week2- 4.9, Week3- 4.9, Week4- 4.8
July: Week1- 4.8, Week2- 4.8, Week3- 4.6, Week4- 4.5

Step 6 List the Benefits:

I will be able to do and achieve more things at a faster paste.
I will feel better.
I will be able to multi-task with less fatigue.
It will help my legs get stronger and better.

Step 7 List the Obstacles:

I may fatigue during the process.
My lower and or upper body may not be able to handle the steps it take to get to that point. "May give out".
I could get injured or might tear a muscle.

Step 8 What knowledge do you need:

How to eat healthier.
How often to stretch.
How hard I should be able to perform.

Step 9 Make a plan of action:

First: I am going to stop eating alot of fast food and junk food 'snacks candy chips juice".
Next: I am going to to start getting up early so that i may get a long jog or run in.
Then: I am going to stretch daily; morning evening and night.
Finally: I am going to follow through with my plan and start exercising more. Also do whatever I can that requires fitness.  

Step 10 Develop a Timeline:

April: Jog three days of the week, run 2-5 miles two days of the week.
May: Walk two miles one day, jog three miles the next, run three miles the day after.
June: Run up stairs three days of the week, sprint up a hill three days of the week.
July: Jog one day of the week, run two miles the day after, run up stairs for the next two days, sprint up hill the next day, walk five miles for the next two days.

Step 11 Monitor your progress:

:Sign off what was needed to be achieved after I finally achieve it.
:Make a way to keep up with progress but also keeps me interested.

Step 12 NEVER GIVE UP:

Keep myself motivated while in the process of achieving the goal.
Push myself to the limit. I can only get better.
Whatever obstacles i may face DO NOT let them get in the way of me achieving my goal.
Do not let anyone or anything slow me down. They will be the obstacles that get in the way.
Do my best "not anyone elses best" and give it everything I have. Only my best is the key to my success.
